About Us
Don Quattro was founded by Adam and Sam, the sons of Khalid Boujibar, who set up Donatello's in 1993. It came about due to the demand for delivery during the pandemic and because of their family's love of pizza.
So what does Don Quattro mean? It's actually a nod to both their parents—Khalid and his wife have four children, so the Quattro is for them. The name Don is just a little bit of the original restaurant's name Donatello - so some of its history remains intact.
